This is first working Waves V12 release since 2021-March update. Waves updated
the protection to disable stream cracks. After using while, WaveShells stop
loading the single plugins unless users have any legit licenses (incl. demo).
Therefore, the REAL offline installation cannot be done with the last cracks.
Some populate tries to delete "WavesLocalServer.module" but that disables few
